PLAN PAYMENTS: Plan payments must be paid in the form of a cashier’s check or money order. Please make sure that your name and case number are on the front of your payment and your payment label is attached to the back of the payment.
You can drop your plan payment off at our office located at 10265 Rockingham Drive, Suite 180, Sacramento. The drop-box is inside our lobby. Our office hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. There is also a drop-box on the outside of our office for after hours and weekends.
You may also mail your payments. However, please mail your payment so that it is received by the Trustee by the 25th of the month as posting of payments to your case may take up to four (4) days. Please send your payments to:

Our office is located at 10293 Rockingham Drive, Suite 101, Sacramento and our telephone number is (916) 856-8000. The fax number for the Trustee is (916) 856-8039. Our telephone hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, except the last two (2) working days of the month when we are closed for monthly disbursement.
The Trustee does not accept collect calls.
To obtain the best results when viewing our site, your monitor settings should be set at 640 by 480 pixels for screen area and 32 (bit) true color. These settings can be located in your Control Panel folder on your system.
