CHAPTER 13 TRUSTEE |
|
FORMS
In the Sacramento Division, you must file specific forms and you must meet the minimum requirements in order to present a Chapter 13 case along with an appropriate Plan that the Bankruptcy Judge would approve. It may be necessary to file special or additional documents or amended or modified forms in order to avoid having your case dismissed. These forms include; the petition and creditor matrix, Schedules A through J with a Summary, and a Statement of Financial Affairs. Also, the Plan and an Order Confirming the Plan are specific forms used by the Sacramento Division and strict compliance to these forms is upheld. Additional forms my need to be filed as required by the Court.
For your convenience, we have provided links to several forms.
