november 1, 2004 Updated Local Rules of Practice
november 1, 2004 All matters in Chapter 13 cases in which L. Loheit is the trustee will now be heard in Department D, courtroom 34.
august 30, 2004 Effective August 30, 2004, all pending chapter 13 cases currently assigned to Department A, Judge McManus presiding, where Jan Johnson is the chapter 13 trustee, will be transferred to Department B, Judge McKeag presiding.
august 5, 2004 Effective August 2, 2004, fee-based documents can be e-filed.
january 20, 2004 The revised guidlines effective September 1, 2003, have been revised to include electronic filing requirements.
